Reclaim is a 12-week coaching programme designed to help you reconnect with your purpose, rebuild momentum, and fall back in love with your business again. Through weekly coaching, we’ll look at what’s working, what’s not, and what you truly want. We’ll explore your values, strengths, and what’s been getting in your way—so you can feel confident, make clearer decisions, and take action that actually feels right for you.

Reclaim is for women at any stage in their self-employed journey: whether you’re just starting out, or whether you’ve been your own boss for ages (and you recognise that it’s time for a management review!)

6 Months - £2,500

Rediscover who you are — and what you're capable of.

This programme is designed for times of big change, growth, or new beginnings—whether you’re starting your business from scratch, coming back after a break, or shifting into a new phase that feels both scary and exciting.

With fortnightly coaching over six months, Evolve gives you the time, space, and support to explore your ideas, work through what’s been holding you back, and build a business that truly fits you. We’ll look at your personal motivations, challenges, and capacity—because your life and your work are connected, and you are your business’s most valuable resource.

A one-month reset to stop spinning and rediscover your sense of direction.

Four weeks of focused 1:1 coaching plus space to integrate, reflect, and get clear on your next move—designed for established women in business who need a quick boost of clarity, confidence, and momentum.

The Clarity Catalyst is for you if you’ve been self-employed for a while, but have maybe hit a dip in the road. You may have one particular challenge, decision, or dilemma and you just can’t seem to find a way forward. The business might generally be going smoothly but you’re feeling a bit flat or uninspired. Or maybe you’ve been doing this long enough that you recognise that you keep running into the same issues over and over again, and you need a short, sharp, but supportive dose of self-discovery to get you going.
